Redevelopment projects in areas such as Motilal Nagar, GTB Nagar, Sindhi Society, and PMGP Jogeshwari are gaining momentum, utilizing 2.5 FSI provisions to accelerate construction. Additionally, MHADA is working towards delivering 6.5 lakh homes across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) to address the growing demand for housing .​

To enhance citizen engagement, Jaiswal has introduced several measures to simplify interactions with MHADA. The establishment of the Citizen Facilitation Centre (CFC), Visitor Management System (VMS), and Office Navigator at MHADA's headquarters aims to make the organization more open, efficient, and easier for citizens to navigate.​ 

Furthermore, MHADA has implemented a 100-day action plan focusing on key components such as 'Ease of Living' and 'Website Enhancement', in line with directives from Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.
