MHADA Launches Online Registration for 402 Tenements Under the Advance Contribution Scheme in Nashik

The MHADA - Public Relations Department has announced the launch of the online application registration and acceptance process for the lottery of 402 tenements under the Advance Contribution Scheme. The Nashik Housing and Area Development Board has opened the online system for residential tenements located in Chunchale, Pathardi, Makhmalabad, Adgaon, and Satpur in Nashik city. The initiative reflects MHADA’s continued focus on accessible housing delivery.

The process was formally inaugurated during the ‘Go-Live’ programme at the MHADA Headquarters in Bandra (East), Mumbai by MHADA Vice President & CEO IAS Sanjeev Jaiswal, who highlighted that the Nashik Board had already made 846 tenements available for sale through three lotteries conducted earlier in 2025. This fourth lottery marks an ongoing effort to expand access to affordable housing under the scheme.

Launch of the Online Application System

The Nashik Housing and Area Development Board, a regional unit of MHADA, has launched online registration and application acceptance for the 402 residential tenements offered for sale under the Advance Contribution Scheme. Successful applicants selected through the lottery will be required to pay the sale price in five installments. The Board’s continuous efforts to increase housing options in Nashik city have received recognition through this new launch.

Tenement Distribution for LIG and MIG Categories

In this lottery, 293 tenements for the Lower Income Group (LIG) have been included: 138 at Chunchale, 30 at Pathardi, 48 at Makhmalabad, and 77 at Adgaon. For the Middle-Income Group (MIG), 109 tenements are available: 40 at Satpur, 35 at Pathardi, and 34 at Adgaon. The prices of these tenements range from ₹14,94,023 to ₹36,75,023.

Online Application, Registration, and EMD Schedule

Interested applicants may submit online applications through https://housing.mhada.gov.in or https://mhada.gov.in.

The last date for registration and submission of applications is 23 December 2025 up to 11:59 p.m. The earnest money deposit (EMD) may also be paid online until 11:59 p.m. on the same day. On 24 December 2025, EMD payments via RTGS/NEFT may be made during bank working hours.

Provisional and Final List Publication
 

The provisional list of accepted applications will be published on 30 December 2025 at 3:00 p.m. After publication of the provisional list, applicants may submit objections or claims online from 30 December 2025 at 6:00 p.m. to 02 January 2026 at 6:00 p.m. After resolving objections, the final list will be published on 06 January 2026 at 6:00 p.m.

The date, time, and venue of the lottery draw will be announced separately on the website.

Income Proof Requirements and Guidelines

Applicants must submit income proof for the period 01 April 2024 to 31 March 2025. Either the Income Tax Return or an Income Certificate issued by the Tehsil Office will be accepted as valid proof.
