Fadnavis Says India Is Moving Toward Developed Nation Goal By 2047

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said India’s growth momentum cannot be stopped as the country moves toward its goal of becoming a developed nation by 2047. Speaking at a BJP-organized Tiranga rally in Mumbai ahead of Independence Day, Fadnavis highlighted India’s economic progress, technology capabilities and the strength of its young population.

Addressing a large gathering carrying the national flag, the Chief Minister said India is gaining a stronger position globally and making rapid progress across several important sectors.

“India cannot be stopped,” Fadnavis said, stressing that the country’s growing economic strength and young population would continue to drive its development.

India’s Economic And Technology Strength Growing

Fadnavis pointed to India’s emergence as the world’s fourth-largest economy and its growing presence in areas such as information technology and artificial intelligence.

He said India’s progress is being supported by its technological capabilities and a large young workforce. According to the Chief Minister, these strengths can help the country play an even bigger role in the global economy in the coming years.

He also said some forces, including those outside India, may be concerned about the country’s rapid rise. However, he maintained that such efforts would not be able to stop India’s development journey.

‘Ocean Of Tiranga’ Fills Mumbai Rally

The large turnout at the Mumbai rally became a major highlight of the event. Referring to the gathering, Fadnavis said he could see two oceans around him, the Indian Ocean and an “ocean of the Tiranga.”

He described the national flag as a symbol of India’s unity, pride and national spirit. He said the Tiranga would continue to represent the country for generations to come.

The Chief Minister also recalled the Quit India Movement launched on August 9, 1942, saying that the freedom struggle had given the present generation an important responsibility.

According to Fadnavis, the responsibility today is to build a strong and developed India and ensure that the country continues to move forward.
