Applications for the Konkan Lottery 2025 opened online on July 14, 2025, at 1 pm, and will remain active until August 13, 2025, 11:59 pm. Key dates include:

• Objection Window: August 21–25, 2025
• Final List Publication: September 1, 2025

The process is fully digital, allowing applicants to register, submit documents, and pay the earnest money deposit (EMD) online, thereby reducing errors and ensuring transparency. MHADA has emphasized that no agents or third-party intermediaries are authorized to handle applications.
