In a striking display of confidence in Mumbai’s premium real estate market, industrialist Aksha Kamboj has acquired two ultra-luxury apartments worth over ₹309 crore in the upscale locality of Worli within just six months.

The transactions, recorded in the iconic Three Sixty West developed by Oberoi Realty, underline the sustained demand for high-end residential properties in Mumbai’s most premium micro-markets.

Two High-Value Deals in Record Time

The first purchase was registered on September 5, 2025, for a lavish apartment located on the 52nd floor of Tower A. The deal was valued at approximately ₹106 crore. The residence spans around 14,911 sq ft of carpet area, along with an additional 884 sq ft, and includes seven car parking spaces.

In a second major transaction, completed on March 26, 2026, Kamboj acquired another apartment in the same tower, this time on the 51st floor. The unit mirrors the size and layout of the earlier purchase, offering similar carpet area and additional space, but comes with eight parking slots. This deal was valued at ₹200 crore.

Aksha Kamboj is the Chairperson of Aspect Global Ventures, a company involved in Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) projects and real estate development. She is married to Mohit Kamboj Bharatiya, Group CEO of the same firm and a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party.
