Mumbai, September 15:
Engineers’ Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA), where Vice President and Chief Executive Officer IAS Sanjeev Jaiswal emphasized the critical importance of skill upgradation and teamwork in the modern era. The program was organized by MHADA’s engineering cadre to commemorate the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya, India’s foremost engineer and statesman.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Jaiswal said, “Rapid advancements in modern technology and artificial intelligence (AI) are creating challenges in every professional field. At such a time, it is crucial for engineers at institutions like MHADA to continuously focus on self-improvement and skill enhancement. True efficiency lies in upskilling, and this is the real key to success.”
Highlighting the growing reputation of MHADA, he further added, “Today, MHADA’s work is recognized nationally. However, it is our collective responsibility to build on this recognition and take our efforts to the international level. Success can only be achieved through teamwork, and the role of every officer and employee is vital in this journey.”
