Mumbai: As Mumbai gears up for its biggest sporting spectacle, Bisleri has once again stepped onto the course, renewing its role as the Official Hydration Partner for the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2026. The upcoming edition marks the 22nd year of the marathon and deepens Bisleri’s long-standing association with India’s most celebrated distance-running event.

With this renewal, Bisleri continues a nine-year partnership with Procam Group, the organisers of the marathon, reinforcing its focus on fitness, endurance, and responsible consumption.

Hydration Support Across the Marathon Route

To support thousands of runners battling long distances and early-morning humidity, Bisleri will deploy an extensive hydration network along the route. This includes 20 hydration stations and four mist zones, designed to help participants stay refreshed and maintain peak performance throughout the race.

Hydration, organisers note, plays a critical role in endurance sports, especially in a city marathon that tests stamina, discipline, and mental strength.

Limited-Edition Bottles Featuring Indian Athletes

Adding a strong sporting connect, Bisleri will introduce limited-edition bottles showcasing Indian athletes Bhagirathi Bisht, Anish Thapa, and Nirmaben Thakor. The initiative aims to celebrate homegrown sporting talent while inspiring runners and fitness enthusiasts on race day.

Actor and fitness enthusiast Nikita Dutta is also expected to participate in the marathon, lending additional visibility and motivation to the event.

Sustainability Takes Centre Stage

Beyond hydration, sustainability remains a key pillar of Bisleri’s marathon engagement. The brand will set up three motivation zones focused on plastic reusability and responsible waste management.

As part of its environmental push, Bisleri will:

  • Install benches made from recycled plastic
  • Deploy 90 plastic collection bins across the marathon venue
  • Promote waste segregation and recycling throughout the event

These efforts align with the growing emphasis on making large public events more environmentally conscious.
