Palghar Collectorate Reopens ₹50 Lakh Cafeteria Tender, Bids Accepted Until September 15
The Palghar district administration has invited fresh online bids to operate the cafeteria at the District Collectorate on Palghar-Boisar Road. The estimated tender value is ₹50 lakh, with the selected operator expected to provide regular cafeteria services along with food and refreshments for official government events.
Fresh E-Tender Issued for Palghar Collectorate Cafeteria
The Accounts Branch of the Palghar Collectorate has issued a re-tender notice for operating the cafeteria located on the ground floor of the District Collectorate building.
The selected restaurant operator or caterer will run the facility on a rental basis. The operator will also be responsible for arranging food and refreshments for guests attending government programs, official meetings and other events held at the Collectorate.
The entire tender process will be completed through the online e-tendering system.

The estimated value of the cafeteria tender has been set at ₹50 lakh. Applicants will need to pay a non-refundable e-tender form fee of ₹5,900, including GST.
The financial requirements include:
- Estimated tender value: ₹50 lakh
- Tender form fee: ₹5,900, including GST
- Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): ₹2 lakh
- Security deposit: ₹10 lakh
The successful bidder will have to submit the required security deposit after being selected for the contract.
September 15 Is the Last Date to Submit Bids
The e-tender was published on September 2, 2026, at 11 a.m. Interested bidders can submit their applications online until September 15, 2026, at 4 p.m.
The technical bid, listed as Form No. 01, is scheduled to open on September 16, 2026, at 4 p.m. or afterward.
The tender opening will be conducted at the chamber of the Resident Deputy Collector at the Palghar District Collectorate.

Restaurant operators and caterers interested in the contract must review the tender document carefully and meet all eligibility requirements before submitting their bids.
The administration has stated that submitting a tender will be treated as confirmation that the bidder has understood and accepted the stated terms and conditions.

The administration has also made it clear that documents submitted after the deadline will not receive any extension or relaxation.
