Sanjeev Jaiswal's Recent Work on MHADA Housing Initiatives

IAS officer Sanjeev Jaiswal, who serves as MHADA's Vice President and Chief Executive Officer, has recently been associated with several housing and citizen-focused initiatives. Recent MHADA-related updates include the Pune housing lottery for 4,462 homes, a Mumbai lottery for 2,640 homes, faster property transfer approvals and steps to address citizens' grievances through Lokshahi Din.

The recent Pune lottery adds another major housing opportunity to MHADA's ongoing efforts to make affordable homes available to eligible residents across Maharashtra.

High Demand Expected for Pune MHADA Homes

Affordable housing continues to attract strong interest in Pune because of the city's growing employment opportunities and rising property prices.

The large number of homes included in the 2026 lottery gives more applicants an opportunity to participate. However, interested buyers should carefully review the official brochure, check their income and eligibility category, and submit the application before the deadline.

With thousands of homes spread across Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad, the MHADA Pune Lottery 2026 could be an important opportunity for eligible families looking for a more affordable path to homeownership.
