MHADA Nashik Lottery: 412 Affordable Homes Allotted Through Transparent Computerized Draw

Nashik Homebuyers Get New Hope Through MHADA Housing Lottery

The dream of owning a home is getting closer for many families in Nashik. The Nashik Housing and Area Development Board conducted a computerized lottery for 412 flats under the 20 percent inclusive housing scheme. The draw was organized at the Housing Building office in Nashik and was conducted through MHADA's IHLMS 2.0 system.

The computerized process was led by Nashik Housing and Area Development Board Chairman Ranjan Thackeray, who joined the program through a teleconference system. The draw gave eligible applicants an opportunity to secure homes in different housing projects across Nashik city.

MHADA Nashik Lottery 2026 Covers 412 Flats

The 412 flats included in the lottery are located across several important areas of Nashik. These include Pathardi Shivar, Mhasrul Shivar, Makhamalabad Shivar, Adgaon Shivar, Satpur Shivar, Vihitgaon Shivar, Hirawadi, Tapovan Link Road, Agar Takli Shivar, Gangapur Shivar, Sinnar Phata, Devlali Shivar, Chehdi, Meri-Rasbihari Link Road and Wadala Shivar.

The wide distribution of these housing projects gives successful applicants opportunities in different parts of the city. The scheme also reflects continued efforts to make organized and affordable housing available to more families.

IHLMS 2.0 Makes MHADA Lottery More Transparent

A key feature of the Nashik lottery was the use of MHADA's IHLMS 2.0 computerized system. The system is designed to make the housing lottery process simple, transparent and easy for applicants to understand.

Ranjan Thackeray said the computerized lottery is conducted online, leaving little scope for human intervention in the selection process. This approach helps strengthen public confidence in the lottery and ensures that eligible applicants have a fair opportunity.

He also encouraged applicants who were not selected not to lose hope. More MHADA housing opportunities are expected through future schemes, giving applicants another chance to pursue their dream of owning a home.

MHADA Nashik Lottery Results Available Online

Shivkumar Avalkanthe, Chief Officer of the Nashik Housing and Area Development Board, said the results of the computerized draw have been published on MHADA's official website.

Applicants can visit the official MHADA website and check their individual lottery results. Successful applicants who were present at the draw venue were also felicitated by Shivkumar Avalkanthe following the announcement of the results.

The online availability of results makes it easier for applicants to access important information without needing to visit the MHADA office.

Applicants Could Watch the Lottery From Home

The Nashik MHADA lottery was also live-streamed through MHADA's official YouTube channel. This allowed applicants and their families to follow the draw from their homes.

The live broadcast added another layer of openness to the process, allowing people to watch the computerized draw as it took place.

Several MHADA officials attended the program, including Deputy Chief Officer Praveen Bagul, Executive Engineers Kavita Nikam and Vaishali Pawar, Property Manager Nitin Kulthe, High Level Monitoring Committee Member Prakash Mahajan, Deputy District Collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer Ravindra Bharde, District Information Science Officer Vikram Nain and other officials. The program was moderated by Rajesh Hingmire.

Mumbai MHADA Lottery Also Delivered Homes to 2,640 Families

The Nashik housing lottery comes as part of MHADA's wider efforts to provide affordable homes through transparent computerized processes. Just days earlier, a computerized draw allotted 2,640 homes in Mumbai. The Mumbai lottery was completed under the leadership of MHADA Vice Chairman and CEO Sanjeev Jaiswal, highlighting the authority's focus on transparent housing allocation and technology-driven processes. The successful completion of the Mumbai draw has further strengthened confidence in MHADA's efforts to make the home allotment process fair, organized and accessible to applicants.

MHADA's Affordable Housing Mission Continues

The Nashik lottery provides fresh hope to families looking for affordable housing in the city. By using computerized systems, publishing results online and making lottery proceedings available through live broadcasts, MHADA is working to make the housing allocation process more open and convenient.

For the 412 successful applicants, the draw marks an important step toward owning a home. For those who were not selected, upcoming MHADA housing schemes can offer another opportunity. With continued housing projects and technology-based lottery systems, the dream of affordable homeownership is becoming more achievable for families across Maharashtra.
